· Why am I registered with the BKR?
You entered into a credit agreement with the party from whom we bought the debt. When you enter into a credit agreement, it is automatically registered in the BKR. If you do not pay on time, the lender will report in the BKR that you are in arrears. Hoist Finance is required by law to take over the BKR registration from the previous party.

· When will my BKR registration be removed?
Once your entire debt is paid, we record the date of your last payment as the actual end date of your credit. The BKR will keep your registration for 5 years, after which the BKR will remove it.

· I have paid my file in full, but there is no end date in my BKR registration.
You can check the amount of your debt through your personal account in our portal. If an outstanding amount is still listed here, even though you believe your debt has been paid in full, please send us proof of payment via the contact form

If your debt has been paid, but the end date has not yet been recorded on your BKR registration, you can send us an email using the contact form. Please include your name, date of birth, address information, phone number and the contract number of your registration with BKR. Or call us at 088-1414 000. We will record the end date if it appears that your debt has actually been paid.

If you are already in debt counselling, we ask you to provide us with the organization and name of your debt counselor via the contact form, and we will then contact them.
